Plain English about what data we handle, why, and your rights.

Vernias Solutions Ltd ("Vernias", "we") is a UK company building AI-native financial technology. This policy covers our public website (www.vernias.com), our internal business portal (portal.vernias.com), and the data those systems handle. For anything data-related, contact ronan.banerji@vernias.com.
The public website is informational. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers. If you email us or use the contact page, we keep your message and contact details to reply to you and for as long as the conversation stays relevant.
portal.vernias.com is an internal tool for Vernias staff only. It requires a personal account issued by an administrator; there is no public signup. It stores the working data of our own business: projects, documents, customer records, deployment information, and our bookkeeping ledger. Access is limited to our team, and administrative actions are recorded in an audit log.
To keep our books accurate, the portal retrieves read-only account information for Vernias's own business bank account through Enable Banking Oy, an authorised account-information service provider, under the UK's open banking framework. In plain terms:
Like most software companies, we rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to run our systems (hosting, databases, file storage, email, and the account-information provider named above). They process data on our instructions. We do not sell data to anyone.
Where we build software for clients, any client data we touch is governed by the contract for that engagement, not by this policy.
If we hold personal data about you, UK GDPR gives you rights to access, correct, or delete it, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Email ronan.banerji@vernias.com and we'll respond promptly.
If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
