These terms cover the public website at www.vernias.com and the Vernias internal portal at portal.vernias.com, both operated by Vernias Solutions Ltd ("Vernias", "we"). By using either, you accept these terms.
The website exists to describe what we build. Its content is provided in good faith but "as is": it is general information, not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and we may change or remove content at any time. Product descriptions and demonstrations do not constitute an offer of service on particular terms — engagements are agreed by contract.
The portal is a private, internal business system. Access is limited to accounts issued by Vernias to its own team. If you have an account: keep your credentials to yourself, use the portal only for Vernias business, and expect that administrative actions are logged. We may suspend or remove accounts at our discretion. Unauthorised access attempts are prohibited.
The Vernias name, logo, website content, and software are our property or used under licence. You may not reproduce or reuse them without written permission, except as permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law. Services delivered under contract are governed by that contract's terms, which prevail over these.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes belong to the courts of England and Wales.
